Ariana

Ariana joined the Reins on Manes family in January 2010. Ariana has owned two horses since she was eight years. She absolutely loves animals and strives to take the best care all her pets. Ariana wasn’t able to enjoy the feelings of freedom and courage in the saddle until she met Reins on Manes. With patience and dedication, Ariana has gained confidence in her riding ability and confidence in the ability to communicate with her horses! We are so proud of all of her progress and look forward to her amazing future at Reins on Manes. Ariana is at the top of her class at Descanso Middle School, receiving the Presidential Award at 6^th grade graduation. When Ariana is not out enjoying horses at Windfall Ranch, you can find her writing her own stories or researching on the computer.

Ariana's Progress

Ariana has learned many skills in the horsemanship program. Ariana is able to saddle and bridle Isiss on her own and with patience and ease. Ariana grooms like a professional and is riding in the arena without lead. Ariana has been learning to trot in the arena, as well as gain insight into riding aids and secure seat instruction from trainer Bethany Pappani. Ariana also helps out many younger students at Reins on Manes. Thank You Ariana! 1How To Groom: Ariana has learned all basic grooming skills and procedures. Check back as she learns to groom her equine partner with the electric trimmers.

2How To Ride: Ariana is gaining confidence at the trot in the arena with Bethany Pappani.

3Proper Safety Precautions: Ariana has completed our “Safety Training Lesson” and knows how to safely tie her equine partner with a quick-release knot.
